I've been an allstate customer for over 15 years, had a house flood in 2021 in the Valley and Jason gave poor support, advocated in no way with the insurance company and contractors, and made the home claim incredibly difficult. I cannot recommend him or his agency.

In my interactions, Jason himself has been rarely available when I've called, and the staff seemed indifferent and unengaged. It felt to me like the priority was more elsewhere rather than on providing helpful assistance with client needs. I had hoped for better support after trusting them for so long, which has unfortunately prompted me to look for other options.
