This is the type of agency that tries to attract me as a customer by sending letters with a photo of my house peeking through the window of the front of envelope, and included all the data they personally had about my house and (incorrectly) stated that their "records indicate that [my] home insurance is about to renew". So, probably a great option if you wished more businesses were run like they were shady used car dealers.
So dishonest! Sent flyer Est Annual Premium $1,200 for my house not zipcode (as agent tried to state on phone).This is a customize estimate. Agent worked up quote and I stated I expected quote to be 20% close to est in flyer. Why would I want to work with a agent that can't even give a good customized est within 20%! Once I got the quote it was 300% more than the est. now $3,600! Can you trust someone who gives a est and then comes back with a quote 300% increase from the est.
