Recently, I had a bad experience with this agency. I had been with Allstate for almost 50 years, with this agency for over 20 years, but chose to step away this year! Agent admitted to have made the error but neither Allstate nor this Agency was willing to make it right by giving me a final reimbursement.
Sending me pictures of my house in the mail that I didn’t approve of, somehow knowing my home insurance is about to expire. Giving me a rate and costumer ID without me asking. Idk how they got my personal data but I do not approve and they need to delete it.
I’ve been with this insurance agency for over 25 years, and their service has always been outstanding. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about their clients. Recently, they reviewed my policies and found opportunities to save me money while keeping the right coverage in place. I really appreciate their proactive approach and personal attention. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy insurance professionals.

This is the type of agency that tries to attract me as a customer by sending letters with a photo of my house peeking through the window of the front of envelope, and included all the data they personally had about my house and (incorrectly) stated that their "records indicate that [my] home insurance is about to renew". So, probably a great option if you wished more businesses were run like they were shady used car dealers.
