I don't even know where to start. Jason Lewis and all of his staff even the ones that work remote are amazing. Ive been having issues with my homeowners insurance since day one. I should mention at no fault to Jason Lewis or his staff. We got our policy started in April of 2025, a month later a cancelation letter followed by a reimbursement check. Jason Lewis was great, the experience with Allstate not so much. He went aboe and beyond to get the coverage we needed.
It’s so sad when you call this agents office Thursday Friday Monday and they tell you we will get back to you and they never do!! Home policy expired on Thursday so I’m trying to get it resolved. Nothing absolutely nothing from this agent. So this how you do business in GP. Was told repeatedly we will let him know you called or hold on I’ll see if he’s available. Nothing. No callback no coming to my house to see anything even though I was told it’s on his schedule. Shame on you and your office for not taking care of the situ... read more
Jason is best described as SUPER AGENT LEWIS! He has helped us multiple time with all of our business, vehicle, and home needs, most recently with vegetation Wildfire clearing around our rural property in Josephine County. He knows the Insurance business inside and out......having served on Insurance Boards and growing up within the generational family Lewis Agency in Grants Pass. I can't say enough about this brilliant guy.........so I will say his mother taught him well....... Thank You Jason and your staff too!
I recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to check insurance pricing. I dropped in with no notice and Jason helped me straight away with accurate and complete information. Later that day, I contacted the office requesting proof of insurance and it was sent over right away. Great service. Prompt, personal and professional! I also have my homeowner's insurance with Jason's team and again - above and beyond in every way.
