I have been a customer for 25 years - loved allstate - my vehicle was in an accident of which I was not driving - the driver had his own insurance but allstate charged me! I was never the driver and we had all the info to subrogate and return the monies to Allstate- my insurance doubled causing me to find somewhere else for auto insurance - I still have my condo ins with allstate but felt they dropped the ball on treating me as a loyal client

We are currently living a nightmare thanks to Allstate Insurance. My fiancé and I should be enjoying this year planning our wedding, yet we are continually battling with Allstate trying to get our claim approved while also living in a construction site because they refuse to payout a valid claim.
