This agent is a joke. Despite being a client for almost 20 years I have yet to ever speak to him. They have lowballed me on all of my insurance claims and my eyes are finally open to their games. Even the adjuster they sent for my roof said they wanted him to do the least amount possible so their fees would be minimal. Allstate is a joke. I've been fighting for months over a new roof and will definitely be looking elsewhere for a new company.
