My husband and I have used Jarret for 6+ years for auto/home/renters and he provides a high level of customer service. He treats you like a person and not just another number.
Allstate insurance has always been terrible,they've taken advantage of my mother who has been a loyal customer for 25 years. She hasn't had a car in 4 years they kept taking money out of her account the entire time saying it's if she gets another car. Noone called from this office to check they just kept pulling money from her account. She finally gets a car,Allstate is higher than a few other Insurance companies she's never had Insurance with. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
When I had a claim he completely abandoned me. My auto claim has been a disaster from the 1st day. The shop Allstate recommended cant do the job. I emailed him, told him my claim was a disaster. No response. He's very friendly to my face. But refuses to help.
Jarrett and his dad George are excellent representatives of Allstate who truly provide the best care of their clients!
I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED. THE TEAM FOR FLOOD CLAIMS ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THOSE THAT HAVE SUFFERED A LOSS. I AM A SENIOR AND I WILL BE CONTACTING OTHER AGENCIES ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED WITH ALLSTATE FLOOD CLAIM. THE TREATMENT IS TERRIBLE AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE VERY VOCAL ABOUT YOUR HIRED HELP TRACEY AND HER SUPERVISOR. THEY NEED TO TAKE CLASSES ON HOW TO TREAT SENIORS AND OTHERS THAT HAVE SUFFERED A LOSS With YOUR COMPANY.
