While I have only had the opportunity to speak to Jane once, she is an exceptional agent. It's clear that while others have had negative experiences and have given one star reviews, she sincerely tries to right wrongs and take care of her customers. Jane and her staff are exceptional in giving us service and answering our insurance coverage questions. We feel confident that they have us completely covered should an issue arise that we need to use that insurance. Thank you, Jane, and Nicole, who is an awesome help to us. Both are readily available to help us when we need them.

I was with Allstate for about 4 years with no problems. I got a new car a few months ago and called to take off my old car and add my new car(which needed premium coverage of course and my previous plan was not). I was on the phone with Jeff and he did the car switch for me no problem and then quoted me over $4,000 for my new car’s premium plan(which is insane), but we agreed to let me think about it and just put my new car on the current plan for a few days.
