James White is unprofessional and a clown. Don’t waste your time, he is super misleading. Only reason we went with them for auto is because our homeowners insurance went out of business so he said we could get into Citizens but we HAD to bundle auto with Allstate. We made the switch, the rate was fair, now we have a 30% increase and when I called citizens they said there was no conditions to our homeowners insurance that we had to bundle our auto with Allstate. Never returns messages or emails. We had new windows and doors installed in April, and was told by the installer that we may be eligible for an insurance discount. 2 emails and a phone message resulted in no follow up. Later received a letter of non-renewal on our policy, so reached out again. Actually reached a human named "James", and he was going to start work on it and I promised a follow-up with a current Wind Mitigation Study.
