James is an honest person and I am very happy with my auto policy here. I am constantly monitoring my quote in different companies, and by far they offer the best price. Also, having a 'real person' you can call is a very attractive option.
Beware of this agent he only makes excuses and doesn't get the job done. He's a PROCRASTINATOR IVE BEEN WAITING MONTHS FOR MY SITUATION TO BE HANDLED, Since April and its Nov still not handled. This experience gives Allstate a bad name!!! I've been a Customer for many years and for this treatment to happen to me it's very un believable. SO I SAY TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS OF ALLSTATE UNDER JAMES UMELO BEWARE OF HIS ANTICS, DONT LET THE SMILE AND HIS BUSINESS TALK FOOL YOU ....
