I was disappointed with my experience contacting James Schmeling’s Allstate office. Despite multiple attempts, I never received a response to my emails. Effective communication is a basic expectation in this industry, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. This does not inspire confidence for new or existing customers.
As a Mortgage Broker I have worked with hundreds of insurance agents. James is by far the best and the only one I trust to send my clients to. He goes way above and beyond. He is quick to reply, saves my clients tons of money, and is an all around joy to get to work with. Thank you, James!
