Called James regarding a property he office was covering for my Aunt, and he was extremely rude and inappropriate. I asked him what the address of the property was on her policy, my uncle passed and we're trying to get everything organized for her, and he gave a vague, almost annoyed response. Was, by far, the most unprofessional phone call I've ever been on, for once I wish I just called a 1-800 number and talked to some one in another county they might have at least been helpful! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM!
