One thing i hate is being negative and leaving negative reviews on anybodys business, specially on holidays. But Debra left me no options here. I work at a dealership and usually refer alot of customers. This will definitely be the last time i refer anybody to this office. ALL i asked her for was a binder that was requested by the bank! but she failed to give me that or anything similiar that i can provide to the bank other than the binder which according to debra "ALLSTATE does not give out binders".....
I found Deb to be extremely helpful and expedient with all my insurance needs. The office is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
