Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior We had a deeply disappointing experience with an Allstate representative who spoke down to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner. I was referred to this agent by a friend and I’ve had him for about three years every year. My insurance rate would go higher. He has the worst customer service attitude possible I would never recommend this person to anyone. He is very rude. I would call with a concern and he would tell me to stop calling or hang up on me yesterday when I finally had enough I asked if I could switch agents and he said I had a callback to Allstate after five and hung up again. You are not in good hands with Allstate. When unforeseen circumstances arise, and you have to wait 6 weeks to get the claim approved, or get anything scheduled for work or content reviewed, have multiple adjusters who don’t know what the other is doing it’s clear Allstate is just out to take your money yet not pay out.
I live in Phoenix and somehow my insurance was switched to you. I have asked you numerous times to switch me to an agent in Phoenix and you refused to switch me to a local Phoenix agent. After many telephone calls with Allstate corporate office you will have to transfer my insurance after 1year of being with you after my Phoenix agent retired. How I was switched to you is B.S. You are rude over the phone and then hang up. You are the worst insurance agent I have ever had.
