I've been a customer of James Heins for at least 10 years. They have been helpful in advising me on both auto and home insurance products. James, in particular, brings a human and knowledgeable touch to an industry that most of us dread. I like that he makes a point to touch base every year just to check in.
I was with James Heins’ Allstate agency for many years (I’ve lost track, but 7-10). Their customer service is attentive and professional. You don’t just call an 800-number and speak to a different rep every time, you will get to know the impressive staff at the agency. Jim calls annually to check in to see if you want to review your policies.
