James is such a professional agent! His office is warm and inviting and the second you step through the doors, you know you're going to receive the best service possible. He is an amazing agent that truly cares about his customers, not to mention his experience.
The office or agent doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. Also, never gets back to you. I’ve left several messages and I’ve sent multiple emails to my agent after I got into my accident because I wasn’t informed on anything,& I needed advice. Also, they’re outrageously expensive. Progressive & the general have been better than Allstate. & to even talk to a live agent it takes forever for them to answer and than they transfer you a million times and you have to identify yourself each time!
