LYNN IS AWESOME!! No matter how many times I've asked for a quote and didn't budget on it, Lynn was appreciative of the opportunity. So when it was time, Lynn made everything seamless and carefree as possible. My wife and I are very appreciative of her readiness and no pressure approach.
Terrible experience! I had the severe displeasure of working with Erin Houlihan at this agency. She seemed preoccupied and did not listen to my needs. She was aloof, condescending, and grossly incompetent. She is a huge liability for Mr. Costigan and because of her horrific performance I took my business elsewhere.
