They charged me a 15 dollar late fee after I had already paid my renters insurance. I tried calling numerous times, but they never answer their phones.
Been with Allstate for over 10yrs with my jetski insurance and they have been Great insurance company. No issues with them. Anytime I’ve gone into talk to them. Always polite and answer all my questions.
I wanted an additional policy. They had one at a good price but the service and help starting the policy was poor
