I'm Linda's "housemate"/co owner; she has had car insurance forever with you; we decided to switch home insurance to pay a more reasonable rate for the same coverage. With the 25% off for 'bundling" home and auto it was a 'no brainer'. Also, we must add that we jointly decided to change to a different Allstate agency for convenience sake prompted by a mailed solicitation.

Allstate has always done right me. Pushing 80, that says a lot. I wouldn't want to work with any other company.

I came from State Farm to save money. Mission accomplished, but I can’t shake the feeling that everything is 2nd rate (billing, the app, included features, etc…). I was disappointed to find recently that roadside assistance is not included in my auto insurance, as I had been lead to believe. Customer service is generally good when I call — I truly appreciate talking to a real, local person — so that’s nice. Brian Sellner is very pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. I am so glad I switched to Allstate and this office in particular. Most importantly, they saved us thousands of dollars annually. In addition to that, their customer service is unmatched. We recently had a challenging situation while trying to rent a moving truck. The office staff went above and beyond to help me, saved us $200, and did it all in a short window of time. They are amazing!
