I came from State Farm to save money. Mission accomplished, but I can’t shake the feeling that everything is 2nd rate (billing, the app, included features, etc…). I was disappointed to find recently that roadside assistance is not included in my auto insurance, as I had been lead to believe. I am so glad I switched to Allstate and this office in particular. Most importantly, they saved us thousands of dollars annually. In addition to that, their customer service is unmatched. We recently had a challenging situation while trying to rent a moving truck. The office staff went above and beyond to help me, saved us $200, and did it all in a short window of time. They are amazing!
