I don’t recommend this, they don’t answer the phone or even attempt to get back to me, and it’s outrageously expensive.

I have left a voice mail I have not received a call back. These are hard times but, don't we deserve attention? If not, it becomes more difficult...

I ended up leaving Allstate to return to GEICO. This has been truly the worst experience I have ever had with an auto-insurer. This office is horrible in customer service and they will not save you any money. I saved over 500 by switching back to GEICO. ORIGINAL POST: The staff here is incompetent. The staff here is concomitant. Once you sign the papers, you will never be able to reach the staff again. This location hardly answers the phone and nor listen to voicemails. Allstate's Customer Service line will listen to your complaint and note it, but they will not follow through with a resolution. It has been over 6 months since I tried to call several times leaving several voicemails and nobody has ever contacted me back. Avoid this location.
