My Allstate Agent Layla Stepanik, called me today to review my homeowner's policy. She was polite, professional, and above all very helpful, which resulted in me saving money on the homeowner's policy. Thank you Layla for taking the time to conduct the review. If your Allstate agent calls for a policy review DON'T BLOW THEM OFF, as much of us senior citizens tend to do thinking auto pilot id good enough. Things change.

Will call her again if I need help. Jada good exeperience with them at first. Decided to cancel my insurance and it’s next to impossible. Awful customer service. Said thy were going to send a cancellation form, they never did . Told me they were going to keep charging me. Not sure what happened here but I would avoid this agent.
