Great response time, follow thru and service from Allie Hastings at the Jack Coulbourne's Maryland Allstate Office for changes needed in policy coverage as we are snowbirds and leave one vehicle in garage for many months. Much appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful. He was concerned for my needs, not just wanting to make a sale. We had a few calls and on each one he put my concerns and health issues top priority. I felt as if I was doing business with a friend with genuine concern for my needs. It was a very different and enjoyable experience. I would have purchased the policy had the premium been a little closer to the premium I am currently paying. Truly a different and pleasant experience for a sales call !
