Massive Bummer!!!-they have changed significantly. FYI make sure you check EVERYTHING frequently-We have discovered some huge discrepancies and when offered an opportunity to try and establish more business they did not seem at all concerned about losing our entire account -in fact did not even "need" to speak to us when our NEW agent called-we cannot believe the HUGE savings we are experiencing with more coverage. Guess Allstate has enough clients and business now. BUH BYE!!
