Everyone was wonderful. From Allison in the office starting the claim very quickly to John Hanson the adjuster explains all the details. They made a very bad experience easier.
The women who work here are great and are very good at what they do. Unfortunatly, this once great location has moved to a call center removing the ability to actually speak with those people in the office. It's frusrating to them aswell. Just trying to notify the office of a mortgae company switch gets routed to a different country. Overpriced and the human aspect has been completely removed. Currently looking for new company/agency for these reasons.
Buyer be where. Premium jacked every six months. Poor communication. Transferred overseas where nothing local is done. Asked for owner he won’t respond when asked for directly . Will be leaving .
Why in the world does your call get routed to a call center in India when you're trying to call the direct line to the agency????? The call center is no help and clueless. It would be a lot simpler and way less hassle to be able to leave a message for that agency here in America if they don't answer. I will never use Allstate.
