On may 18th of 2023 I asked mark to remove me from my ex-husbands account as we divorced the day prior. He noted of the request and never removed me. He allowed my ex-husband to neglect the payments and start a new policy August 31st of that year during "renewal" time, leaving me on the previously neglected account I requested to be removed from. Not very good communication
He is great agent to work with. He listened to my needs and was able to get a policy that best suits my needs. Every interaction was positive and he found the answers that I needed right away. Great agent to deal with.
