Found out my agent wasn't giving me the best price she could have been giving me. Found out it had been years of overcharging. Cancelled my policy back in April, found out they didn't actually cancel my policy. Tried to call to see what was going on and couldn't get through after waiting on hold for a long time. Last time I called we got in an argument about how I shouldn't be upset with what allstate, so I wasn't looking forward to talking to them anyways. Still waiting to get this resolved.
I have had insurance with the Presley’s over 20 years and they are professional, caring and very helpful with all of our needs. Thank you Lori and JL!
