Dealt with life agent Laurie Stackpole who was totally dishonest with me about issues with my policy. Asked her questions about coverage that I wanted, only to find out I had to call customer service to get it added , after she assured me I had it. The worst customer service I have experienced in my life with a agency. After she got my business I felt like she just dropped me by the way side. Would NOT recommend anyone to do business with her at all. Worst Ever BEWARE!!!! This was my EXPERIENCE

The place is run by a high class professional (Mr. Greene) who never disappoints. I have been with them (auto, home, long term care) for 29 years and never had any problems with claims or any other service. I give them my highest possible recommendation.
they said they gonna call back but they never call back. my car is 14k itself and been drive it for almost a year. after a crash they pay me 11k. completely bullshit.
