Awesome customer service
I want to make it abundantly clear - do not do business with this firm. I had a policy with them for less than a month and my insurance lapsed because of "non-payment". I paid and Allstate still canceled my insurance, without even attempting to call me. Why is this a problem? My licenses is suspended and I cannot work due to this. All because they did not properly try to rectify this issue. Like I said, do not do business with them.
