Hermes has been my insurance rep for over 5 years. He and his staff are willing to go through your policies and make sure you understand what you are getting. They also see how they can save you money and make sure you are covered as your life changes.

As a recent employee of Mr almaguer I can say that he is not in the best interest of his clients. If you are paying too high sometime it is because he wants to keep you that way. He makes sure certain clients never get a better rate with him, and passes all clients to his husband angel who works for progressive downstairs below his own business. It is sad that there is still people who will benefit employeers and not the clients. Not only that, Ermes will only answer to good reviews and not bad reviews. When there is discrepancies in a 1099 form and you don't verify with the client or ask all the necessary questions to verify all information is correct, that is unprofessional and unethical.
