I didn’t even sign on with this agency. I contacted another Allstate agency and was diverted to this agency somehow. Never met them. Unlikely to continue dealing with them.
Absolutely atrocious. Almost three months, Over 30 emails, stops into the office, phone calls... STILL NO WORD ON MY POLICY! The only response I get is "so and so doesn't work here anymore," without resolution. And yes, they cashed the check.
