I was with Allstate years ago. When they called me about reviewing my auto coverage I didn’t expect much but they came through and I switched companies. Hector Martinez’s office is great! His staff is efficient and professional. I’m very satisfied. UPDATE Although their office is great Allstate in general stinks! I bumped into something during a torrential downpour and they fixed the damage which was minor but increased my premiums by THREE TIMES!!! I had never had any claims for 50 years. That’s ridiculous!!
