I switched to Allstate for a much lower rate on my car and homeowners insurance. It’s been great!
I was an All-State user and when I changed my policy I was asked if I wanted a local rep assigned to my account. It would provide a contact for support and someone who can review your policies for you. They really didn’t do anything. I don’t think they even replied to my 1 or 2 emails I would have sent. They probably just get credit for my policy in some way and never actually did anything for me except spam my email.
Kevin has worked tirelessly to get the best car/renters insurance for me available. I have been with Allstate for years and have always been happy, but Kevin has gone above and beyond with the best customer service and I couldn't be more pleased. Stephanie Pinnaro
C.K. has been my agent for a little over 2 years now for home & auto. He has been awesome to work with, always quick to respond to questions, getting my paperwork to my landlord when I needed it, setting me up an appt for my cracked windshield & walking me through the discounts & such that I qualified for. He saved me a lot of money over what Progressive was charging me! Happy to stick with C.K. & Allstate!
