Nichole was excellent. Very patient while I continuously changed effective dates and needed additional coverages. I would highly recommend Nichole and the Poore Agency to anyone looking for insurance or looking to change companies.
Nobody helps or respond my whole process with a current claim no help on agent end or adjuster
They suck! Including the agent! You guys are horrible at customer service and the RATES ARE POOR!! I guess that why GEICO is better and have wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better customer service
