Really disappointed in my experience here after about 15 years and thousands of dollars paid to his Allstate services. On a side note, his voice mail is not attributed to his name or phone number but to a seemingly random account number, so it's unclear to whom you might be leaving a message or who has access to that information. I didn't get the feeling he was there to help me and left with a lot of hard feelings.
Unable to reach, does not care about you once you sign up for a policy. Avoid
