I see the reviews are talking about Allstate but this is the business right next to it. .some of yall don't know how to read.. ive been goinv to Harris County insurance for a few years now and have never had any complaints.
I applied online for a quote and spoke to a rep from online unaware that it’s better to contact an agent locally if your unaware that it’s preferred then you won’t know .I decided to get the insurance April 2019 the rep told me that my next bill would not be due June 2019 I didn’t question the reason why I just agreed to it . I received my bill in June it was $120 more than the bill was agreed to I contacted Allstate in regards why.This morning I spoke to a rep at this office and she was really rude and wasn’t understanding ... read more
