Disappointed that things are not explained very well. Going paperless gives you discounts, however the information on their app is COMPLETELY incorrect and they have "no control" over that....wow. How is anyone supposed to budget for insurance when you cannot figure out how much your payment is...... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
