I have a boat policy with them and was penalized for not using auto pay when I paid the premium in full I also have a auto policy and they said they could beat my other price I was paying with other company which they did for the first couple months then it went back up over what I was paying VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Absolutely nothing to complain about. Excellent service, professional and friendly staff, reasonable rates for automobiles insurance. A quick and complete answer to any questions sent to the Agency.
I am unable to speak so I cannot make phone calls. Gustavo Reyes has been extremely helpful though emails. He even help me set up my Drivewise on my Allstate app though emails. He is professional, courteous and extremely patient!!! I trust him to answer my inquiries in a very timely manner always with important advice!
We were a little disappointed that the technician could not get the car started at our home. We had to have it towed to the dealership which costs an extra $50. When the car arrived at the dealership, they were easily able to get the car jumped and started and asked why it was towed. Was this a money making scheme? I hope not as we pay a good premium for this service. Maybe the street technicians should be better trained to jump start cars. Allstate need to look at this moving forward.
I was trying to get a auto insurance quote they had me on hold for 48 minutes. They never got back to me.
