This establishment is INCOMPETENT. They mistakenly canceled BOTH my home owner and auto policies because they FAILED to VERIFY/CONFIRM identity of policy holders!!!!!
Quality customer service
Customer service is outstanding EVERY TIME I call! The Reps in the office take pride in caring & making sure you all entitled to everything that affects your coverage. Bunni is Amazing EVERY time I speak with her, demonstrating patient, kindness & satisfying me! I recommend this Allstate Agency very highly! The ONLY reason I rated a “4” is because there is ALWAYS room for improvement for any place, anything!
