This company is amazing!!!
This agent was asked to cancel a policy, they never did it. Then he called my daughter and starting asking her why she was canceling, none of his business! 1 month later still could not get him to do it until I threatened to call corporate Allstate and report this. Then he said she had to sign a form, but never sent it. He has still never sent the form, so we are calling Allstate corporate. DO NOT use this agent, I have all my policy's with another agent, and have never had this kind of experience.
