Very friendly and helpful. Thorough with checking problem.
Except for once, every time I get an oil change the documents (including my handicap sticker) ends up on the floor of my front passenger seat or on the front passenger seat. Even though I asked them not to do so.
Made an appointment to drop my truck off on a Tuesday, was told at the time it probably would not get into the shop until Wednesday. Thursday was a holiday, so I expected to get my truck back or at least hear why my check engine light was on sometime on Friday. By Friday afternoon I had not heard anything so I reached out and was told my truck had not been looked at yet, but was scheduled to be looked at late in the day or over the weekend.
