Had an appointment at 1 for tire rotation and look at a few things, nothing large. Couldn't get to me until next day. Why, if I had an appointment. But not huge deal. What got me is that they scuffed both my driver and passenger sills, which were perfect. I didnt bother going back in, and do the dealer "it was like that" story. Didn't have time or energy. Ill just take my business somewhere else.
I took my car in for a front parking sensor issue. They had my car for 2 days, but “couldn’t get it to replicate” despite me having videos of it. I got my car back and the bummer, headlight, and hood is no longer sitting correctly. They might not have taken the bumper off, but they loosened something that cause some sag with gaps that weren’t there previously. Everything is organized and professional from check in until check out. Work quality is excellent and the service writers are kind and knowledgeable. Corvette Cafe is awesome too!
Both times I have been here since I picked up my lease vehicle from this location have been mediocre experiences at best. Even though I have made sure it is known that this is a work-lease vehicle, and needs to go through a third party company for payment and record keeping, there is always confusion about it and the company is never notified.
