Had a terrible experience with Greg White and his office representatives. Be sure to ask tons of questions and don't cancel your previous policy until you hear directly from Allstate that you're approved and covered. In short, my experience was that I was told that you're good to go and to cancel my previous coverage. Next thing I know, Allstate wants me to get a new roof even after multiple roofing companies say I have a roof that is good for at least another 10+ years. Great services. Always tries to help to minimize the premium and optimize the my home and auto policies. Always has quick response time when calling them. They will never put you on hold for over 30 seconds. Has been with Greg for more than 30 years and never considered changing to another agencies.
