Customer service is horrible. I got insurance through Allstate online and was assigned this agent for some unknown reason. Twice I have had simple questions and phone calls were never returned. I don’t recommend them and will be reassigning my insurance to another agent ASAP.
They have been very helpful
I pay my payments and when there is a problem, Greg Schlagel makes sure it is taken care of. That is what I want in an insurance agent.
