Read the reviews this All State office does not offer customer service they are there to collect your money and tell you when you do need help it’s not their problem. Greg is non existent just has his name stamped on the business but goodluck ever seeing or talking to him. I’m sure he’s collecting nice checks. Staff here seems new or unqualified to give proper info to the paying customers. Steer clear go with anyone else but these guys… Do better.
Greg Schlegel or however it’s spelt has an office being ran in Spokane by some rude people in particular Kari Visker. I got misquoted and given false information. The rep who did this did not honor the original quote and in fact was so rude and unprofessional on the phone when I called I was completely astonished. Not only did they misquote me but sent the disputed misquoted $63.31 to collections. I will be doing all I can to get off Allstate. Customer service is horrible. I got insurance through Allstate online and was assigned this agent for some unknown reason. Twice I have had simple questions and phone calls were never returned. I don’t recommend them and will be reassigning my insurance to another agent ASAP.
