They give out inaccurate information, so if they tell you something you may want to double check behind them. My renters insurance got cancelled and I received no communication . When I called the agent told me one thing and the worker Stephanie told me something completely different and was rude . She said she would follow up with me the next morning to help resolve my issue and never did.
