Ashely Murray is an Outstanding Customer Service Rep. She is very professional, provides great follow up service. She goes the extra mile: walked me thru an IT problem to make sure my homeowners insurance was renewed. She continued to be my go-between to solve the problem and kept me in the loop the entire time. She deserves more that just 5 stars. She deserves a promotion and raise. The Agency does not want to lose her.
