I use these folks because my parents use them. My homeowners & car bundle were cheaper for me than my past farmers insurance. When I call I get voicemail. It must be nice to earn that sort of salary while doing very little to earn it. I use the 800 line or app. I'm not even sure why we need these agents at this point anyway.

...when the representative found out I had a "domestic partner" she told me that AllState doesn't offer single vehicle insurance...That if I didn't have at least 3 vehicles to insure that she couldn't help me get a quote for a new policy....I went online and did it myself with no problem...this has never happened to me before. I'm honestly sort of, baffled? Just take my money and move on with your day? So weird.
