I called George fishers office today to switch agents.my agent moved. The person I talked to at George fisher office said that I would have to talk to corporate customer service. Corporate customer service told me that the agent would have to help me switch agents. I got the run around. I called Dave Dennis allstatedid it no problum

his is the absolute worst agency I have ever had my insurance with too bad I can’t give them a 0. You call them and the person who answers the phone is always rude and will never let you speak to someone else she just puts you on hold forever. If you leave your name and number for someone to give you a call back they never give you a call back. I would never trust this insurance agency. They are not helpful at all and I wouldn’t trust them to write you a policy.
