Allstate replaced our roof but did not put a vent on the roof to eject the lint from the laundry. The contractors were better at arguing about the repair than doing the repair. We are still waiting for the repair.

Can I give Allstate and this agency less than 1 star. Just confirms what everyone thinks about insurance companies as a bunch of thieves that never want to pay. We had hail damage and Allstate confirmed we have hail damage on all the gutters, garage door and all the metal caps on the roof but somehow this magic hail missed all the shingles on the roof.
