haven't had any major issues,prices seem to be fair aligned pretty much with market, service is usually good. really haven't had to file a claim. just every year prices seem to go up 20- 40 dollars.
Gabriel's staff is very helpful in providing information on my insurance.
They gave me a great rate but i think I'll always stick with Allstate because of their amazing customer service provided by this location! Ask for Blanca.
Hildi helped me when I called. She was phenomenal! So helpful and very informative. Even though she was not able to help me she emailed me a whole resource of where I could go to get what would most benefit myself and my family. I am so sad I was not able to go through Allstate for the insurance I was looking for, but will absolutely be recommending Gabriel Volinsky's office to all of my friends and colleagues!
Still waiting to hear back regarding the written notice I submitted to cancel/ terminate my all of my policies. They call when they are trying to up-sell more insurance policies, and that's about it. I had an issue with an automatic payment with one policy and when I called to get it corrected, my agent assured me all was well. I get a notice of non-payment in the mail (when everything is supposed to draft together, and when I call to review what was misstated to me, I get an apology and it'll be another month of figuring ou... read more
