Prices have increased every six months and not just a small increase but huge increase. Lorelei is absolutely amazing at working with the customer, always pleasant and honest but other than that, this agency sucks and I'm currently looking for another insurance company as this is written. I'm charged for car insurance as if I was a new driver. Absolutely ridiculous pricing nearly $200 monthly, insane!
Customer Service is horrible with this agent.I called and emailed Frank regarding my policies .He never responded but was quick to take my money out of my bank account after I had canceled my policies. I do not recommend coming here for insurance.
