Kudos to Ashley at Frank Sargent Allstate. Very friendly on the phone and was able to work with me changing up my sons insurance. Seemless process. Great attitude.

Poor customer service. I’ve had multiple quotes from this company in the past. They say they are cheaper than Farmers, but they have been for me. The customer service this time solidifies I will not be calling them again. Ashley hung up the phone on me because I expressed surprise and disappointment that the rate was so much higher than in Boston, where my car is coming from-Over $2k/yr higher. Frank Sargent is very unprofessional and doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. He makes no sense. He makes a bunch of excuses not to give you your money back after you found another insurance agent. He takes it personal and gets mad and keeps you money. That’s not how you do business Frank do better or you gonna lose all your customers. The entire staff in that office is rude and they don’t have any customer service skills.
