These guys are great, they do everything they can to get you a good rate. They're also super responsive and helpful if or when something comes up.

Overall, very satisfying. I simply must tell you, a big percentage of my happiness with Allstate is, (excellent service aside) the customer service and care. Your team member Debra Holland exemplifies the core of customer service. She goes the extra mile and then some. She has that rare quality called empathy. Most don't anymore. I can't enough about her as a representative of Allstate. Oh yes, and the Allstate quality of insurance. The best.
As good as any better than most I know insurance is more than it should be especially for people who don't have tickets or accidents I always thought and it probably used to be that the longer you have a policy without tickets or accidents the cheaper your rates would get
