Terrible customer service. I was talking to a lady named Maureen and she was being so rude during our conversation saying things like, “ I don’t care what you do” when trying to resolve payment issues. Never getting in contact with them again!
Disappointed. Angry. Offended. I noticed significant increase of monthly payments and called to speak to an agent. Person who respond me was aggressive, didn't let me to finish single sentence, and after I asked why more than 20% increase occurs without any prior notice and without reason from my side (no claims from me, no tickets, no incidents) she cut me with "on your zip area it is too many claims, and if you not satisfied you can find other insurance" . High cost & don’t see nothing getting better at this point, for the amount of money being paid to car insurance, I should be getting the Royal Treatment!
