Notice that Allstate took over a year to finally respond to their customers about screwing them with the crazy rates they were charging. Why exactly would I want to go back to a company that has taken over a year to respond. There are many options out there who provide great value and customer service. I have been with this company for a few years now. Every renew they premium goes up by over $1000.00.
